What was the highlight of Hotel Calimala Florence
Lovely hotel in a great location, breakfast is over the road!
Fantastic location, very modern and trendy with great furnishings. Room was very clean and was exceptionally quiet, despite being in the centre of a very noisy city.
Very disappointing breakfast, poor selection, cold eggs, congealed bacon, no toast. Very limited selection of fruit and pastries some of which were stale. I mentioned this upon leaving and was told that the proper breakfast was served over the road at the Angel. It would have been nice to have been told this at some point in our stay. When we checked in we were not told about this. We look forward to a good hotel breakfast so this was particularly disappointing and did somewhat ruin our stay.

Exceptional
Staff is very well trained. Everyone was very nice, very responsive, very helpful, very thoughtful. This was the main plus for me. There are many 5* hotels that are not even close to this hotel in customer service. Rooms are also nice and location is exceptional. The roof top terrace for breakfast is amazing. Would definitely come back again and again.

What was the highlight of Hotel Calimala Florence
Wonderful
I think the location is the best in the area. The rooms are stylish and modern, and everything is within walking distance. The staff is very professional. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the rooftop bar due to private events during our stay, but overall, it was a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend booking without hesitation.
